> Israeli B2B SaaS building the operating system for renovation and construction contractors. Hebrew-first, AI-native, built from inside the industry.

## Origin

RBM was founded in 2024 by **Barel Kaminsky**, who spent 12+ years building and renovating projects in Israel before becoming a founder. He didn't leave construction — he turned it into raw material for a product.

The product was born from a specific frustration: managing leads, Gantt charts, and workers across three different tools that never talked to each other. WhatsApp for leads. Excel for projects. A separate accounting system for invoices. Nothing connected. Leads fell through cracks. Workers showed up on the wrong site. Clients called five times a day because they had no visibility.

Every existing CRM solved part of this problem but none solved all of it for the Israeli reality: Hebrew RTL, bill-of-quantities quoting (כתב כמות), milestone billing (30% signature / 40% frame / 30% delivery), Green Invoice and Priority ERP integration, and WhatsApp as the primary channel.

RBM is the system Barel wished existed.

## Mission

To give every Israeli contractor a system that actually fits how they work — so they spend their time building, not chasing.

## What we build

- A single platform for lead management, project management, digital quoting, e-signatures, client portal, worker portal, milestone billing, and financial reporting.
- Hebrew RTL by default. Not bolted on.
- AI agents in Hebrew that handle the first 80% of lead qualification automatically.
- Open API so contractors can integrate RBM with whatever else they use.
