**Q: How does RBM's WhatsApp AI work?**
A: RBM is connected to the official WhatsApp Business API. When a new lead messages your business WhatsApp, the AI agent responds within 30 seconds in Hebrew. It asks qualifying questions (project type, location, timeline, budget), books a site visit directly on your Google Calendar, and creates a full lead card in your RBM CRM. You see the conversation history when you open the lead.

**Q: Will the WhatsApp AI sound like a robot to my clients?**
A: No. It's trained on 50,000+ real Hebrew contractor-customer conversations (anonymized). It uses natural Hebrew, asks human-style follow-ups, and hands off to you when the conversation needs judgment.

**Q: Can I customize what the AI says?**
A: Yes. You configure your business name, voice, qualifying questions, and handoff rules. The AI uses your settings + the conversation context.

**Q: Does the AI work in Russian or Arabic?**
A: Hebrew is fully supported. Russian is partially supported (UI only). Arabic is on the roadmap.

A: Yes. The marketing dashboard pulls ad spend, impressions, clicks, and matches them to leads/customers for true ROI by channel.

## Comparison

**Q: Why not just use HubSpot or Salesforce?**
A: HubSpot and Salesforce were built for tech sales teams. They don't natively understand Hebrew RTL, bill-of-quantities (כתב כמות), Israeli milestone billing (30/40/30), or integration with Green Invoice and Priority ERP.
